Technical Diving Training, How do I book ?
Making a booking for a technical diving course is very simple.
We have found in the past that it's far easier if you either
talk to us or drop an e-mail detailing your requests. The
contact info is at the top of this page.
Our training courses are very flexible and run on a maximum
3:1 student to Instructor ratio. This way we can
keep safety a priority and you will get a far more personal
training program. We are not into big groups and cheap deals
!
All our training courses are run to the guidelines as laid
down by the Training Agency and the H.S.E. This means that
all our Instuctors are H.S.E registered and trained in first
aid and 02 administration. We are full time professional Instructors,
not part timers working from home and this is reflected in
our training. It would be easy to fill the site with comments from past students, but this one summed up perfectly what we are striving to achieve on every course
'' Dear Rich, I would like to thank you for everything this week. Your approach to
training is perfect.
You offer training that only a diver with your experience can supply
and that cannot be improved upon.
I wish you all the very best of luck with your new boat and I am sure
you will make it a success.
I look forward to the next opportunity to dive with you again.''
We use fresh water quarries to start every training course to allow you to get up to speed without the added stress of boats and tides, but we will always try to complete on real wrecks in the Ocean as we believe Tech Training should be geared towards the environment you wish to dive in.
All year round we either use Vobster Quay in Frome or the NDAC at Chepstow and then complete in Plymouth if the Weather allows form either our purpose built RIB 'Ocean Venture' or the Hard Boat 'Seeker.'
Having run Tech training courses the world over we believe that the UK offers the best compromise as our inland training sites guarantee that every course can be completed whatever the weather.
No other place in the World can offer what the UK can and coupled with the brilliant wreck dive sites we have it's a destination hard to beat in our opinion.
If you are travelling in from abroad to complete your training we can arrange to meet you at the airport and have every piece of equipment available to rent for your training.
.
Cave training takes place in caves, not flooded mines and
again we run these courses mainly in France as travelling abroad by aircraft these days is very expensive and limits the personal equipment you can take onboard.
Most of these courses take place in the Spring, Autumn and
Winter months as we're busy with Ocean diving during the summer
(with our customers that is). However this is not always the
case so please contact us if your
schedule is limited.
On all our courses we have an offer where you can complete
the blending course for £100 if booked in with another
course. we teach under the agencys of IANTD, TDI and PSAI.
We train all year round for all levels including
for Advanced Nitrox, Entry
Level Trimix, Advanced Trimix, Inspiration CCR Entry Level
and Inspiration CCR Mixed Gas.
